30 comfortable rooms include 10 in the Inn and another 20 in a modern annex with its own parking. Most have two double beds; we also have three "family rooms" which have an additional single bed and sleeps five. Rooms have air conditioning, cable TV, coffee makers, refrigerators, comfy chairs, dressers, and private bath. - Regular Season is May 1st through September 30th - rates range from $79.00 - $89.00, plus tax. All rates are based on double occupancy. There is an additional charge for more than two adults/room.
- Peak Foliage is October 1st through October 17th, 2010. Weekday rates are $89 plus tax and $95 plus tax on the weekend. There will be no AAA discounts during that time.
- Winter rates - November 1st to April 30th - Weekends $65.00 per night plus tax; Weekdays $60.00 per night plus tax. Rates will be higher during special events such as holidays and hunting seasons.
- Other special events are Road Rally, Laurel Festival, Columbus Weekend and Dickens of a Christmas weekend. These rates will be 95.00 plus tax, based on double occupancy and there will be no AAA discounts.
- Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the day of arrival and 72 hours on holidays and black out dates.
